ASHTANGA YOGA BEGINNERS COURSE
Our beginners’ course starts on September 23! Over the course of 8 weeks, participate in 16 lessons on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30 PM. If you miss a class, you can make it up on Saturdays at 10:30 AM. The make-up class will be at the same level as the weekday classes and will conclude with a Q&A session.
